We want to let everyone know first and foremost we are still open!

We have already safely hosted several events this season, and we are ready for your special day! 

 

We have made a few changes around The Villa, and we have set new standards with our staff to make sure your event is as safe as possible. As we are an outdoor venue with extensive grounds, ventilation is not a worry, and we can easily support physical distancing.

Currently, Utah County is a yellow-zone (low risk). As outlined on Utah County's Covid Website, we are operating under the following event conditions: 

• Events EXCEEDING 50 people will have organizational oversight to ensure guidelines. Outdoor events are limited to 6,000 people. 

• Dedicated staff for sanitation of high touch areas. 

• An event management template will be filled out and kept for records. A copy of this template can be found here. 

• Physical distancing is promoted and maintained where possible.

We will be ensuring these guidelines through: 

• All our staff will wear face coverings, and have their temperature checked before starting work.

• Designated staff to help maintain physical distancing while inside waiting for the restroom, and in our parking lot to help guests enter the venue. 

• Sanitation stations placed throughout the orchard.

• Single use towels, and seat and sink sanitizing stations in the restrooms. 

• Dedicated staff for drink dispensing.

• Increased numbers of tables and seating areas to help facilitate physical distancing.

We leave decisions involving guests up to the bridal or booking party. We will not enforce your guests wear face coverings, physical distance while outside, or have temperature checks. If you would like us to perform these checks with your guests, we are happy to do so. We are here for you, and are ready to support you in however you choose.
